The centre is dedicated to the purpose of physical and mental health and wellbeing.
Whilst Yoga rests at its heart – and provides the foundation stone of All Things Must Pass – All aspects of health and general ‘enrichment’ are invited to find a home here.
What is the Ethos?
ALL ARE WELCOME HERE
Yoga practitioners of all styles and all others with a genuine interest in health and multicultural community projects who wish to share are welcome.
Individuals of any faith; those with diverse faith interests or those who hold no prescribed health whatsoever are welcome.
Any persons – regardless of ethnic origin, gender, sexual orientation or gender identification – are also equally welcome here. In a nutshell, all are welcome in this place… except haters.
What Do We Invite you to do?
Be Kind and Respectul to each other
Please be kind and respectful to one another so that every individual who enters this space feels comfortable and safe. Please be polite to your fellow students and instructors, always being mindful to offer support and encouragement where you can.
Words have the power to hurt and to heal so please be compassionate. Enjoy open and enthusiastic discussion but without the company of conflict or confrontation. Actively peddling a specific religion or pushing a political party is not classed as ‘open discussion’.
A Final Word
Please bring a generous sprinkling of positivity and be respectful of the centre itself, keeping it clean and tidy after use so that everyone can enjoy their time spent here. Remember the centre offers us a space to de-stress, re-connect, re-balance, re-centre so make it your absolute intention to use your time here wisely!
